One of key requirements for PAS 2030:2019 is to demonstrate that you follow the PAS 2035:2019 standard which is around Retrofit of Dwellings.
The auditor of the certification body will look to see that the personnel used to assess, design and evaluate the retrofit are competent/qualified.
There are three key roles – Retrofit Assessor, Retrofit Designer and Retrofit Co-ordinator. Dependant on the risk assessment and path of the retrofit design the need for which will vary.
The Retrofit Co-ordinator is able to fulfil all the roles across the Retrofit Design as the qualification they have gained covers all aspects.
